The enduro outing in Gelnica before the Enduro World Championships ended on a high note. We started the first half of the day with easier terrain, gradually adding more difficult rides.
We waded through long forest fords, full of water from the storms of the previous days. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant with our good friend Peta. After a very tasty and hearty lunch, we still went to the mountains for rides. We returned to the accommodation before 5 p.m. so that we could relax in the heated tub with water. As usual, we had the entire accommodation to ourselves. In the morning, after breakfast, we went to the surrounding peaks, from which we had a view of the surrounding towns, villages, mountains and fields.
Despite the fact that it rained again overnight and the terrain itself was quite challenging, the whole group held on bravely. Thanks to listening to our advice, they were able to enjoy it properly. We hope to see you again in a year at the next Enduro trip.
