On Saturday, May 13, 2023, the #4 Endurocamp concentration took place in Lehot pod Vtáčnik, on the local Bosorák Cross Team track.
At the beginning of the day, after the debate, it started with a warm-up in cross-country clothes.
The track was perfectly prepared, available only for Endurocamp participants, for which we must thank the track manager Juraj Bisťák and the whole club. Thanks to this, it was possible to ensure the smooth and trouble-free operation of the entire concentration. The training took place in sunny weather and a pleasant atmosphere.
The focus was on enduro, only a few parts of the original ridden track were used, but otherwise the track was made anew. Riders mastered "eye riding" (learning to think in the moment how to choose the right riding track).
During their times, the riders scored points for the place with the fastest time.
These points are added up and evaluated on the last day.

During the day, the riding technique was improved in the forest (especially in exits), endurance at a faster pace (the task was to distribute the forces so that the riders could endure riding constantly and with as few mistakes as possible).
Riders also competed in a short 20-minute race - MotoŠtrbek Region Cup.
It is a short, unlicensed race that serves as a test for concentration, distribution of forces and decision-making under the pressure of the competition for the riders at the end of the day.

Endurocamp concentration turned out very well. The head coach, Radek Matoška, praised the riders because they really gave all their strength in training and you could see the progress the riders made during the day.
