This week we completed a three-day individual off-road course with three riders - Ivan, Martin and Olga - at MotoPark Trenčín. Martin and Ivan came on a KTM 890 Adventure R, while Olga rode a KTM 390 Adventure. The entire course focused on improving riding technique, which the participants plan to use on their future adventures around Europe.
We rode in the MotoPark Trenčín area, where we adapted the motorbikes to the individual needs of the riders and then trained key off-road techniques. The main exercises included balance work, braking technique, driving over various off-road obstacles and correct maneuvering in difficult turns. During the first two days, we were accompanied by sunny weather, which enabled intensive training on a dry surface. However, a change came on the third day, when we were joined by rainy weather, which tested the skills of the riders in more demanding conditions.
Radek, the main instructor, rode a BMW R 1300 GS and provided invaluable advice and feedback throughout the training. The riders were very attentive and determined to improve their skills, which was positively reflected in their performances. In addition, the entire course took place without any injuries, which is always our primary goal.
It was three intensive days full of improving the technique and pushing the limits, which all three participants did excellently.
