On the same day, Thursday, the program continued at MX Park Budimír with an afternoon training session for the youngest riders. Children took to the start on motorcycles from 50 cm³ to 65 cm³ and confirmed that a very talented generation of bikers is growing in eastern Slovakia.
The training featured riders on various brands – from the Yamaha PW50 , through the KTM 50 SX , KTM 65 SX , to the Husqvarna TC 65 and Yamaha YZ65 . The diverse representation of brands and age categories contributed to an interesting and dynamic atmosphere.
The weather once again tested the endurance of all participants, with temperatures reaching over 34 °C. That is why the training was slightly shortened so that the children could enjoy the ride and at the same time avoid overload.
The training was mainly on the motocross section of the track, in a meadow, where the children could safely focus on the basics of riding, correct cornering, braking and acceleration. We skipped the forest sections this time, as they would be unnecessarily challenging for small motorcycles with low wheels.
The young riders showed great skill, enthusiasm and determination. It is a joy for the coaches to watch how these children improve quickly and are already able to demonstrate quality riding at such an age. We believe that they will grow into the next generation of successful riders and we look forward to their further training.
